Nous attachons beaucoup d’importance à la qualité de nos expéditions en protégeant au mieux la création en utilisant du papier bulles et autres protections. Il est vraiment très rare qu’un incident se produise mais nous ne sommes pas à l’abri d’un transporteur voulant jouer au foot avec un colis !

Le SAV portant sur un défaut identifiable imputable à l’artiste créateur est assuré par celui-ci.
Le bois, les douilles et les abat-jours cassés lors de l’expédition sont exclus du champ du SAV.
Aucun retour de la part du destinataire n’est accepté sans accord préalable de « Oboisdormant ».
Le SAV accepté s’entend produit réceptionné dans les ateliers de l’artiste créateur, frais de port à la charge de l’expéditeur.

Le remboursement aura lieu le lendemain de la réception du produit défectueux.

We attach great importance to the quality of our shipments by protecting the creation as well as possible by using bubble wrap and other protections. It is really very rare for an incident to occur but we are not immune to a carrier wanting to play football with a package!
The after-sales service relating to an identifiable defect attributable to the creative artist is provided by the latter.
Wood, sockets and lampshades broken during shipment are excluded from the scope of the after-sales service.
No return from the recipient is accepted without the prior agreement of "Oboisdormant".
The after-sales service accepted means product received in the workshops of the creative artist, shipping costs borne by the sender.
The refund will take place the day after receipt of the defective product.
